Words can't explain how bad ass this place is. The professor knows what he's doing. His technique and willingness to teach is by far above expectations....

From a beginner with little experience in martial arts and this type of fitness program I can say that the pace and the style of the teaching is really, really awesome! The instructor is extremely patient and very clear in his explanations. Its not a ... n overkill of strain but rather a gentle approach to a set of very skilled techniques. The people who have joined and are with me in the class always have a positive outlook and attitude and it really rubs off on you even after your first class! I enjoy the class and even though I only go two days a week right now I look forward to it each and every time! I like it so much that I will eventually go a couple more days a week. Its the perfect workout and you're learning more and more for yourself and about yourself each time. Highly recommended if you want to get up and get moving!
